Sermon on the Mountain (Kazanie na Górze)

Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

PolskiLatinEnglishDeutchFrançois
5:1 Jezus, widząc tłumy, wyszedł na górę. A gdy usiadł, przystąpili do Niego Jego uczniowie. videns autem turbas ascendit in montem et cum sedisset accesserunt ad eum discipuli eius And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him: Als er aber das Volk sah, ging er auf einen Berg und setzte sich; und seine Jünger traten zu ihm.
5:2 Wtedy otworzył swoje usta i nauczał ich tymi słowami: et aperiens os suum docebat eos dicens And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying, Und er tat seinen Mund auf, lehrte sie und sprach: Puis, ayant ouvert la bouche, il les enseigna, et dit:
5:3 Błogosławieni ubodzy w duchu, albowiem do nich należy królestwo niebieskie. beati pauperes spiritu quoniam ipsorum est regnum caelorum Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
5:4 Błogosławieni, którzy się smucą, albowiem oni będą pocieszeni. beati mites quoniam ipsi possidebunt terram Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
5:5 Błogosławieni cisi, albowiem oni na własność posiądą ziemię. beati qui lugent quoniam ipsi consolabuntur Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
5:6 Błogosławieni, którzy łakną i pragną sprawiedliwości, albowiem oni będą nasyceni. beati qui esuriunt et sitiunt iustitiam quoniam ipsi saturabuntur Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
5:7 Błogosławieni miłosierni, albowiem oni miłosierdzia dostąpią. beati misericordes quia ipsi misericordiam consequentur Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
5:8 Błogosławieni czystego serca, albowiem oni Boga oglądać będą. beati mundo corde quoniam ipsi Deum videbunt Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
5:9 Błogosławieni, którzy wprowadzają pokój, albowiem oni będą nazwani synami Bożymi. beati pacifici quoniam filii Dei vocabuntur Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
5:10 Błogosławieni, którzy cierpią prześladowanie dla sprawiedliwości, albowiem do nich należy królestwo niebieskie. beati qui persecutionem patiuntur propter iustitiam quoniam ipsorum est regnum caelorum Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
5:11 Błogosławieni jesteście, gdy [ludzie] wam urągają i prześladują was, i gdy z mego powodu mówią kłamliwie wszystko złe na was. beati estis cum maledixerint vobis et persecuti vos fuerint et dixerint omne malum adversum vos mentientes propter me Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
Tak bowiem prześladowali proroków, którzy byli przed wami. gaudete et exultate quoniam merces vestra copiosa est in caelis sic enim persecuti sunt prophetas qui fuerunt ante vos Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
Na nic się już nie przyda, chyba na wyrzucenie i podeptanie przez ludzi. vos estis sal terrae quod si sal evanuerit in quo sallietur ad nihilum valet ultra nisi ut mittatur foras et conculcetur ab h ominibus Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
5:14 Wy jesteście światłem świata. Nie może się ukryć miasto położone na górze. vos estis lux mundi non potest civitas abscondi supra montem posita Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Ihr seid das Licht der Welt. Es kann die Stadt, die auf einem Berge liegt, nicht verborgen sein. Vous êtes la lumière du monde. Une ville située sur une montagne ne peut être cachée;
5:15 Nie zapala się też światła i nie stawia pod korcem, ale na świeczniku, aby świeciło wszystkim, którzy są w domu. neque accendunt lucernam et ponunt eam sub modio sed super candelabrum ut luceat omnibus qui in domo sunt Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
5:16 Tak niech świeci wasze światło przed ludźmi, aby widzieli wasze dobre uczynki i chwalili Ojca waszego, który jest w niebie. sic luceat lux vestra coram hominibus ut videant vestra bona opera et glorificent Patrem vestrum qui in caelis est Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Nie przyszedłem znieść, ale wypełnić. nolite putare quoniam veni solvere legem aut prophetas non veni solvere sed adimplere Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
5:18 Zaprawdę. bowiem powiadam wam: Dopóki niebo i ziemia nie przeminą, ani jedna jota, ani jedna kreska nie zmieni się w Prawie, aż się wszystko spełni. amen quippe dico vobis donec transeat caelum et terra iota unum aut unus apex non praeteribit a lege donec omnia fiant For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
5:19 Ktokolwiek więc zniósłby jedno z tych przykazań, choćby najmniejszych, i uczyłby tak ludzi, ten będzie najmniejszy w królestwie niebieskim. A kto je wypełnia i uczy wypełniać, ten będzie wielki w królestwie niebieskim. qui ergo solverit unum de mandatis istis minimis et docuerit sic homines minimus vocabitur in regno caelorum qui a utem fecerit et docuerit hic magnus vocabitur in regno c aelorum Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
5:20 Bo powiadam wam: Jeśli wasza sprawiedliwość nie będzie większa niż uczonych w Piśmie i faryzeuszów, nie wejdziecie do królestwa niebieskiego. dico enim vobis quia nisi abundaverit iustitia vestra plus quam scribarum et Pharisaeorum non intrabitis in regnum c aelorum For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
5:21 Słyszeliście, że powiedziano przodkom: Nie zabijaj!; a kto by się dopuścił zabójstwa, podlega sądowi. audistis quia dictum est antiquis non occides qui autem occiderit reus erit iudicio Ye have heard that it was said of them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: Ihr habt gehört, daß zu den Alten gesagt ist: "Du sollst nicht töten"; wer aber tötet, der soll des Gerichts schuldig sein.
A kto by rzekł swemu bratu: Raka, podlega Wysokiej Radzie. A kto by mu rzekł: "Bezbożniku", podlega karze piekła ognistego. ego autem dico vobis quia omnis qui irascitur fratri suo reus erit iudicio qui autem dixerit fratri suo racha reus erit c oncilio qui autem dixerit fatue reus erit gehennae ignis But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
5:23 Jeśli więc przyniesiesz dar swój przed ołtarz i tam wspomnisz, że brat twój ma coś przeciw tobie, si ergo offeres munus tuum ad altare et ibi recordatus fueris quia frater tuus habet aliquid adversum te Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; Darum: wenn du deine Gabe auf dem Altar opferst und dort kommt dir in den Sinn, daß dein Bruder etwas gegen dich hat, Si donc tu présentes ton offrande à l'autel, et que là tu te souviennes que ton frère a quelque chose contre toi,
Potem przyjdź i dar swój ofiaruj! relinque ibi munus tuum ante altare et vade prius reconciliare fratri tuo et tunc veniens offers munus tuum Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift. so laß dort vor dem Altar deine Gabe und geh zuerst hin und versöhne dich mit deinem Bruder und dann komm und opfere deine Gabe. laisse là ton offrande devant l'autel, et va d'abord te réconcilier avec ton frère; puis, viens présenter ton offrande.
5:25 Pogódź się ze swoim przeciwnikiem szybko, dopóki jesteś z nim w drodze, by cię przeciwnik nie podał sędziemu, a sędzia dozorcy, i aby nie wtrącono cię do więzienia. esto consentiens adversario tuo cito dum es in via cum eo ne forte tradat te adversarius iudici et iudex tradat te m inistro et in carcerem mittaris Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.
5:26 Zaprawdę, powiadam ci: nie wyjdziesz stamtąd, aż zwrócisz ostatni grosz. amen dico tibi non exies inde donec reddas novissimum quadrantem Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing.
5:27 Słyszeliście, że powiedziano: Nie cudzołóż! audistis quia dictum est antiquis non moechaberis Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: Ihr habt gehört, daß gesagt ist: "Du sollst nicht ehebrechen."
5:28 A Ja wam powiadam: Każdy, kto pożądliwie patrzy na kobietę, już się w swoim sercu dopuścił z nią cudzołóstwa. ego autem dico vobis quoniam omnis qui viderit mulierem ad concupiscendum eam iam moechatus est eam in corde suo But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
Lepiej bowiem jest dla ciebie, gdy zginie jeden z twoich członków, niż żeby całe twoje ciało miało być wrzucone do piekła. quod si oculus tuus dexter scandalizat te erue eum et proice abs te expedit enim tibi ut pereat unum membrorum tuorum q uam totum corpus tuum mittatur in gehennam And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
Lepiej bowiem jest dla ciebie, gdy zginie jeden z twoich członków, niż żeby całe twoje ciało miało iść do piekła. et si dextera manus tua scandalizat te abscide eam et proice abs te expedit tibi ut pereat unum membrorum tuorum quam t otum corpus tuum eat in gehennam And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
5:31 Powiedziano też: Jeśli kto chce oddalić swoją żonę, niech jej da list rozwodowy. dictum est autem quicumque dimiserit uxorem suam det illi libellum repudii It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement: Es ist auch gesagt: "Wer sich von seiner Frau scheidet, der soll ihr einen Scheidebrief geben."a Il a été dit: Que celui qui répudie sa femme lui donne une lettre de divorce.
5:32 A ja wam powiadam: Każdy, kto oddala swoją żonę - poza wypadkiem nierządu - naraża ją na cudzołóstwo; a kto by oddaloną wziął za żonę, dopuszcza się cudzołóstwa. ego autem dico vobis quia omnis qui dimiserit uxorem suam excepta fornicationis causa facit eam moechari et qui dimissam d uxerit adulterat But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
5:33 Słyszeliście również, że powiedziano przodkom: Nie będziesz fałszywie przysięgał, lecz dotrzymasz Panu swej przysięgi. iterum audistis quia dictum est antiquis non peierabis reddes autem Domino iuramenta tua Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths: Ihr habt weiter gehört, daß zu den Alten gesagt ist: "Du sollst keinen falschen Eid schwören und sollst dem Herrn deinen Eid halten."
5:34 A Ja wam powiadam: Wcale nie przysięgajcie, ani na niebo, bo jest tronem Bożym; ego autem dico vobis non iurare omnino neque per caelum quia thronus Dei est But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne: Ich aber sage euch, daß ihr überhaupt nicht schwören sollt, weder bei dem Himmel, denn er ist Gottes Thron; Mais moi, je vous dis de ne jurer aucunement, ni par le ciel, parce que c'est le trône de Dieu;
5:35 ani na ziemię, bo jest podnóżkiem stóp Jego; ani na Jerozolimę, bo jest miastem wielkiego Króla. neque per terram quia scabillum est pedum eius neque per Hierosolymam quia civitas est magni Regis Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King. noch bei der Erde, denn sie ist der Schemel seiner Füße; noch bei Jerusalem, denn sie ist die Stadt des großen Königs. ni par la terre, parce que c'est son marchepied; ni par Jérusalem, parce que c'est la ville du grand roi.
5:36 Ani na swoją głowę nie przysięgaj, bo nie możesz nawet jednego włosa uczynić białym albo czarnym. neque per caput tuum iuraveris quia non potes unum capillum album facere aut nigrum Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.
A co nadto jest, od Złego pochodzi. sit autem sermo vester est est non non quod autem his abundantius est a malo est But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil. Eure Rede aber sei: Ja, ja; nein, nein. Was darüber ist, das ist vom Übel.
5:38 Słyszeliście, że powiedziano: Oko za oko i ząb za ząb! audistis quia dictum est oculum pro oculo et dentem pro dente Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth: Ihr habt gehört, daß gesagt ist: "Auge um Auge, Zahn um Zahn."
5:39 A Ja wam powiadam: Nie stawiajcie oporu złemu. Lecz jeśli cię kto uderzy w prawy policzek, nadstaw mu i drugi! ego autem dico vobis non resistere malo sed si quis te percusserit in dextera maxilla tua praebe illi et alteram But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.
5:40 Temu, kto chce prawować się z tobą i wziąć twoją szatę, odstąp i płaszcz! et ei qui vult tecum iudicio contendere et tunicam tuam tollere remitte ei et pallium And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.
5:41 Zmusza cię kto, żeby iść z nim tysiąc kroków, idź dwa tysiące! et quicumque te angariaverit mille passus vade cum illo alia duo And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.
5:42 Daj temu, kto cię prosi, i nie odwracaj się od tego, kto chce pożyczyć od ciebie. qui petit a te da ei et volenti mutuari a te ne avertaris Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.
5:43 Słyszeliście, że powiedziano: Będziesz miłował swego bliźniego, a nieprzyjaciela swego będziesz nienawidził. audistis quia dictum est diliges proximum tuum et odio habebis inimicum tuum Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
5:44 A Ja wam powiadam: Miłujcie waszych nieprzyjaciół i módlcie się za tych, którzy was prześladują; ego autem dico vobis diligite inimicos vestros benefacite his qui oderunt vos et orate pro persequentibus et c alumniantibus vos But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; Ich aber sage euch: Liebt eure Feinde und bittet für die, die euch verfolgen,* Mais moi, je vous dis: Aimez vos ennemis, bénissez ceux qui vous maudissent, faites du bien à ceux qui vous haïssent, et priez pour ceux qui vous maltraitent et qui vous persécutent,
5:45 tak będziecie synami Ojca waszego, który jest w niebie; ponieważ On sprawia, że słońce Jego wschodzi nad złymi i nad dobrymi, i On zsyła deszcz na sprawiedliwych i niesprawiedliwych. ut sitis filii Patris vestri qui in caelis est qui solem suum oriri facit super bonos et malos et pluit super iustos et i niustos That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. damit ihr Kinder seid eures Vaters im Himmel.
5:46 Jeśli bowiem miłujecie tych, którzy was miłują, cóż za nagrodę mieć będziecie? For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
5:47 I jeśli pozdrawiacie tylko swych braci, cóż szczególnego czynicie? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
5:48 Bądźcie więc wy doskonali, jak doskonały jest Ojciec wasz niebieski. estote ergo vos perfecti sicut et Pater vester caelestis perfectus est Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
6:1 Strzeżcie się, żebyście uczynków pobożnych nie wykonywali przed ludźmi po to, aby was widzieli; inaczej nie będziecie mieli nagrody u Ojca waszego, który jest w niebie. adtendite ne iustitiam vestram faciatis coram hominibus ut videamini ab eis alioquin mercedem non habebitis apud Patrem v estrum qui in caelis est Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.
Zaprawdę, powiadam wam: ci otrzymali już swoją nagrodę. cum ergo facies elemosynam noli tuba canere ante te sicut hypocritae faciunt in synagogis et in vicis ut honorificentur a b hominibus amen dico vobis receperunt mercedem suam Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
6:3 Kiedy zaś ty dajesz jałmużnę, niech nie wie lewa twoja ręka, co czyni prawa, te autem faciente elemosynam nesciat sinistra tua quid faciat dextera tua But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: Wenn du aber Almosen gibst, so laß deine linke Hand nicht wissen, was die rechte tut, Mais quand tu fais l'aumône, que ta main gauche ne sache pas ce que fait ta droite,
6:4 aby twoja jałmużna pozostała w ukryciu. A Ojciec twój, który widzi w ukryciu, odda tobie. ut sit elemosyna tua in abscondito et Pater tuus qui videt in abscondito reddet tibi That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly. damit dein Almosen verborgen bleibe; und dein Vater, der in das Verborgene sieht, wird dir's vergelten. afin que ton aumône se fasse en secret; et ton Père, qui voit dans le secret, te le rendra.
Zaprawdę, powiadam wam: otrzymali już swoją nagrodę. et cum oratis non eritis sicut hypocritae qui amant in synagogis et in angulis platearum stantes orare ut videantur ab h ominibus amen dico vobis receperunt mercedem suam And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
A Ojciec twój, który widzi w ukryciu, odda tobie. tu autem cum orabis intra in cubiculum tuum et cluso ostio tuo ora Patrem tuum in abscondito et Pater tuus qui videt in a bscondito reddet tibi But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.
Oni myślą, że przez wzgląd na swe wielomówstwo będą wysłuchani. orantes autem nolite multum loqui sicut ethnici putant enim quia in multiloquio suo exaudiantur But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
Albowiem wie Ojciec wasz, czego wam potrzeba, wpierw zanim Go poprosicie. Wy zatem tak się módlcie: nolite ergo adsimilari eis scit enim Pater vester quibus opus sit vobis antequam petatis eum Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. Darum sollt ihr ihnen nicht gleichen. Denn euer Vater weiß, was ihr bedürft, bevor ihr ihn bittet.
6:9 Ojcze nasz, który jesteś w niebie, niech się święci imię Twoje! sic ergo vos orabitis Pater noster qui in caelis es sanctificetur nomen tuum After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Darum sollt ihr so beten: Unser Vater im Himmel! Dein Name werde geheiligt. Voici donc comment vous devez prier: Notre Père qui es aux cieux! Que ton nom soit sanctifié;
6:10 Niech przyjdzie królestwo Twoje; niech Twoja wola spełnia się na ziemi, tak jak i w niebie. veniat regnum tuum fiat voluntas tua sicut in caelo et in terra Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Dein Reich komme.
6:11 Chleba naszego powszedniego daj nam dzisiaj; panem nostrum supersubstantialem da nobis hodie Give us this day our daily bread. Unser tägliches Brot gib uns heute. Donne-nous aujourd'hui notre pain quotidien;
6:12 i przebacz nam nasze winy, jak i my przebaczamy tym, którzy przeciw nam zawinili; et dimitte nobis debita nostra sicut et nos dimisimus debitoribus nostris And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Und vergib uns unsere Schuld, wie auch wir vergeben unsern Schuldigern. pardonne-nous nos offenses, comme nous aussi nous pardonnons à ceux qui nous ont offensés;
6:13 i nie dopuść, abyśmy ulegli pokusie, ale nas zachowaj od złego! et ne inducas nos in temptationem sed libera nos a malo And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. Amen!
6:14 Jeśli bowiem przebaczycie ludziom ich przewinienia, i wam przebaczy Ojciec wasz niebieski. si enim dimiseritis hominibus peccata eorum dimittet et vobis Pater vester caelestis delicta vestra For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: Denn wenn ihr den Menschen ihre Verfehlungen vergebt, so wird euch euer himmlischer Vater auch vergeben. Si vous pardonnez aux hommes leurs offenses, votre Père céleste vous pardonnera aussi;
But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Zaprawdę, powiadam wam: już odebrali swoją nagrodę. cum autem ieiunatis nolite fieri sicut hypocritae tristes demoliuntur enim facies suas ut pareant hominibus ieiunantes a men dico vobis quia receperunt mercedem suam Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
6:17 Ty zaś, gdy pościsz, namaść sobie głowę i umyj twarz, tu autem cum ieiunas ungue caput tuum et faciem tuam lava But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face; Wenn du aber fastest, so salbe dein Haupt und wasche dein Gesicht, Mais quand tu jeûnes, parfume ta tête et lave ton visage,
A Ojciec twój, który widzi w ukryciu, odda tobie. ne videaris hominibus ieiunans sed Patri tuo qui est in abscondito et Pater tuus qui videt in abscondito reddet tibi That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly. damit du dich nicht vor den Leuten zeigst mit deinem Fasten, sondern vor deinem Vater, der im Verborgenen ist; und dein Vater, der in das Verborgene sieht, wird dir's vergelten. afin de ne pas montrer aux hommes que tu jeûnes, mais à ton Père qui est là dans le lieu secret; et ton Père, qui voit dans le secret, te le rendra.
6:19 Nie gromadźcie sobie skarbów na ziemi, gdzie mól i rdza niszczą i gdzie złodzieje włamują się, i kradną. nolite thesaurizare vobis thesauros in terra ubi erugo et tinea demolitur ubi fures effodiunt et furantur Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: Ihr sollt euch nicht Schätze sammeln auf Erden, wo sie die Motten und der Rost fressen und wo die Diebe einbrechen und stehlen. Ne vous amassez pas des trésors sur la terre, où la teigne et la rouille détruisent, et où les voleurs percent et dérobent;
6:20 Gromadźcie sobie skarby w niebie, gdzie ani mól, ani rdza nie niszczą i gdzie złodzieje nie włamują się, i nie kradną. thesaurizate autem vobis thesauros in caelo ubi neque erugo neque tinea demolitur et ubi fures non effodiunt nec furantur But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: Sammelt euch aber Schätze im Himmel, wo sie weder Motten noch Rost fressen und wo die Diebe nicht einbrechen und stehlen. mais amassez-vous des trésors dans le ciel, où la teigne et la rouille ne détruisent point, et où les voleurs ne percent ni ne dérobent.
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
6:22 Światłem ciała jest oko. Jeśli więc twoje oko jest zdrowe, całe twoje ciało będzie w świetle. lucerna corporis est oculus si fuerit oculus tuus simplex totum corpus tuum lucidum erit The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. Das Auge ist das Licht des Leibes. Wenn dein Auge lauter ist, so wird dein ganzer Leib licht sein. L'oeil est la lampe du corps. Si ton oeil est en bon état, tout ton corps sera éclairé;
But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
Bo albo jednego będzie nienawidził, a drugiego będzie miłował; albo z jednym będzie trzymał, a drugim wzgardzi. Nie możecie służyć Bogu i Mamonie. nemo potest duobus dominis servire aut enim unum odio habebit et alterum diliget aut unum sustinebit et alterum c ontemnet non potestis Deo servire et mamonae No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
Czyż życie nie znaczy więcej niż pokarm, a ciało więcej niż odzienie? ideo dico vobis ne solliciti sitis animae vestrae quid manducetis neque corpori vestro quid induamini nonne anima plus e st quam esca et corpus plus est quam vestimentum Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
Czyż wy nie jesteście ważniejsi niż one? respicite volatilia caeli quoniam non serunt neque metunt neque congregant in horrea et Pater vester caelestis pascit i lla nonne vos magis pluris estis illis Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
6:27 Kto z was przy całej swej trosce może choćby jedną chwilę dołożyć do wieku swego życia? quis autem vestrum cogitans potest adicere ad staturam suam cubitum unum Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
6:28 A o odzienie czemu się zbytnio troszczycie? Przypatrzcie się liliom na polu, jak rosną: nie pracują ani przędą. et de vestimento quid solliciti estis considerate lilia agri quomodo crescunt non laborant nec nent And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: Und warum sorgt ihr euch um die Kleidung? Schaut die Lilien auf dem Feld an, wie sie wachsen: sie arbeiten nicht, auch spinnen sie nicht. Et pourquoi vous inquiéter au sujet du vêtement? Considérez comment croissent les lis des champs: ils ne travaillent ni ne filent;
And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
6:30 Jeśli więc ziele na polu, które dziś jest, a jutro do pieca będzie wrzucone, Bóg tak przyodziewa, to czyż nie tym bardziej was, małej wiary? si autem faenum agri quod hodie est et cras in clibanum mittitur Deus sic vestit quanto magis vos minimae fidei Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
6:32 Bo o to wszystko poganie zabiegają. Przecież Ojciec wasz niebieski wie, że tego wszystkiego potrzebujecie. haec enim omnia gentes inquirunt scit enim Pater vester quia his omnibus indigetis (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. Nach dem allen trachten die Heiden. Denn euer himmlischer Vater weiß, daß ihr all dessen bedürft.
6:33 Starajcie się naprzód o królestwo [Boga] i o Jego sprawiedliwość, a to wszystko będzie wam dodane. quaerite autem primum regnum et iustitiam eius et omnia haec adicientur vobis But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Dosyć ma dzień swojej biedy. nolite ergo esse solliciti in crastinum crastinus enim dies sollicitus erit sibi ipse sufficit diei malitia sua Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
7:1 Nie sądźcie, abyście nie byli sądzeni. nolite iudicare ut non iudicemini Judge not, that ye be not judged.
7:2 Bo takim sądem, jakim sądzicie, i was osądzą; i taką miarą, jaką wy mierzycie, wam odmierzą. in quo enim iudicio iudicaveritis iudicabimini et in qua mensura mensi fueritis metietur vobis For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
7:3 Czemu to widzisz drzazgę w oku swego brata, a belki we własnym oku nie dostrzegasz? quid autem vides festucam in oculo fratris tui et trabem in oculo tuo non vides And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
7:4 Albo jak możesz mówić swemu bratu: Pozwól, że usunę drzazgę z twego oka, gdy belka [tkwi] w twoim oku? aut quomodo dicis fratri tuo sine eiciam festucam de oculo tuo et ecce trabis est in oculo tuo Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
7:5 Obłudniku, wyrzuć najpierw belkę ze swego oka, a wtedy przejrzysz, ażeby usunąć drzazgę z oka twego brata. hypocrita eice primum trabem de oculo tuo et tunc videbis eicere festucam de oculo fratris tui Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
7:6 Nie dawajcie psom tego, co święte, i nie rzucajcie swych pereł przed świnie, by ich nie podeptały nogami, i obróciwszy się, was nie poszarpały. nolite dare sanctum canibus neque mittatis margaritas vestras ante porcos ne forte conculcent eas pedibus suis et c onversi disrumpant vos Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.
7:7 Proście, a będzie wam dane; szukajcie, a znajdziecie; kołaczcie, a otworzą wam. petite et dabitur vobis quaerite et invenietis pulsate et aperietur vobis Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: Bittet, so wird euch gegeben; suchet, so werdet ihr finden; klopfet an, so wird euch aufgetan.
For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?
7:10 Albo gdy prosi o rybę, czy poda mu węża? aut si piscem petet numquid serpentem porriget ei Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? oder, wenn er ihn bittet um einen Fisch, eine Schlange biete?
Go proszą. si ergo vos cum sitis mali nostis bona dare filiis vestris quanto magis Pater vester qui in caelis est dabit bona p etentibus se If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
7:12 Wszystko więc, co byście chcieli, żeby wam ludzie czynili, i wy im czyńcie! Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
Bo szeroka jest brama i przestronna ta droga, która prowadzi do zguby, a wielu jest takich, którzy przez nią wchodzą. intrate per angustam portam quia lata porta et spatiosa via quae ducit ad perditionem et multi sunt qui intrant per eam Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Geht hinein durch die enge Pforte.
7:14 Jakże ciasna jest brama i wąska droga, która prowadzi do życia, a mało jest takich, którzy ją znajdują! quam angusta porta et arta via quae ducit ad vitam et pauci sunt qui inveniunt eam Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
7:15 Strzeżcie się fałszywych proroków, którzy przychodzą do was w owczej skórze, a wewnątrz są drapieżnymi wilkami. adtendite a falsis prophetis qui veniunt ad vos in vestimentis ovium intrinsecus autem sunt lupi rapaces Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Czy zbiera się winogrona z ciernia, albo z ostu figi? a fructibus eorum cognoscetis eos numquid colligunt de spinis uvas aut de tribulis ficus Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
7:17 Tak każde dobre drzewo wydaje dobre owoce, a złe drzewo wydaje złe owoce. sic omnis arbor bona fructus bonos facit mala autem arbor fructus malos facit Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
7:18 Nie może dobre drzewo wydać złych owoców ani złe drzewo wydać dobrych owoców. non potest arbor bona fructus malos facere neque arbor mala fructus bonos facere A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
7:19 Każde drzewo, które nie wydaje dobrego owocu, będzie wycięte i w ogień wrzucone. omnis arbor quae non facit fructum bonum exciditur et in ignem mittitur Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
7:20 A więc: poznacie ich po ich owocach. igitur ex fructibus eorum cognoscetis eos Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
7:21 Nie każdy, który Mi mówi: "Panie, Panie!", wejdzie do królestwa niebieskiego, lecz ten, kto spełnia wolę mojego Ojca, który jest w niebie. non omnis qui dicit mihi Domine Domine intrabit in regnum caelorum sed qui facit voluntatem Patris mei qui in caelis est i pse intrabit in regnum caelorum Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
7:22 Wielu powie Mi w owym dniu: "Panie, Panie, czy nie prorokowaliśmy mocą Twego imienia, i nie wyrzucaliśmy złych duchów mocą Twego imienia, i nie czyniliśmy wielu cudów mocą Twego imienia?" multi dicent mihi in illa die Domine Domine nonne in nomine tuo prophetavimus et in tuo nomine daemonia eiecimus et in tuo n omine virtutes multas fecimus Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
7:23 Wtedy oświadczę im: "Nigdy was nie znałem. Odejdźcie ode Mnie wy, którzy dopuszczacie się nieprawości!" et tunc confitebor illis quia numquam novi vos discedite a me qui operamini iniquitatem And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
7:24 Każdego więc, kto tych słów moich słucha i wypełnia je, można porównać z człowiekiem roztropnym, który dom swój zbudował na skale. omnis ergo qui audit verba mea haec et facit ea adsimilabitur viro sapienti qui aedificavit domum suam supra p etram Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: Darum, wer diese meine Rede hört und tut sie, der gleicht einem klugen Mann, der sein Haus auf Fels baute.
7:25 Spadł deszcz, wezbrały potoki, zerwały się wichry i uderzyły w ten dom. And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
7:26 Każdego zaś, kto tych słów moich słucha, a nie wypełnia ich, można porównać z człowiekiem nierozsądnym, który dom swój zbudował na piasku. et omnis qui audit verba mea haec et non facit ea similis erit viro stulto qui aedificavit domum suam supra harenam And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: Und wer diese meine Rede hört und tut sie nicht, der gleicht einem törichten Mann, der sein Haus auf Sand baute.
I runął, a upadek jego był wielkiť. et descendit pluvia et venerunt flumina et flaverunt venti et inruerunt in domum illam et cecidit et fuit ruina eius magna And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
7:28 Gdy Jezus dokończył tych mów, tłumy zdumiewały się Jego nauką. et factum est cum consummasset Iesus verba haec admirabantur turbae super doctrinam eius And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine: Und es begab sich, als Jesus diese Rede vollendet hatte, daß sich das Volk entsetzte über seine Lehre; Après que Jésus eut achevé ces discours, la foule fut frappée de sa doctrine;
7:29 Uczył ich bowiem jak ten, który ma władzę, a nie jak ich uczeni w Piśmie. erat enim docens eos sicut potestatem habens non sicut scribae eorum et Pharisaei For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes. denn er lehrte sie mit Vollmacht und nicht wie ihre Schriftgelehrten. car il enseignait comme ayant autorité, et non pas comme leurs scribes.
